He says arranging for free rooms is getting more difficult, but is working on it. He needs to know the number who do intend to fly in Friday: rooms and transportation needs.Make sure your EAA membership is current and let your pilot buddies know of this event. B-17 Aluminum Overcast
Ogden Utah

Volunteers needed for the B-17 “Aluminum Overcast” On Thursday, May 30th the B-17 “Aluminum Overcast” will be arriving in Utah from Nampa, ID. EAA Chapter 23 & Chapter 58 will be hosting this visit at the Ogden Regional Airport. Flights and ground tours will be held Friday, Saturday, Sunday, May 31st—June 2nd. Monday June 3rd the B-17 will reposition to Denver, CO. At the April 12th Chapter Meeting we will be signing up volunteers for this years visit to help with crowd control and manning the merchandise trailer. This is always an exciting event to volunteer for. We are in the initial stages of planning a dinner event the night of Saturday June 1st with the EAA B-17 Crew.
